California Central Coast native, Kristiann Wightman has been serving clients since 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management with emphasis in Marketing from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Not long after college, she was drawn toward a career in real estate. Her first job in the industry was working for a top real estate agent, handling over 100 transactions a year and as many as 15 escrow transactions in a month. Her desire to learn more about contracts led her to earn her Juris Doctor degree at the Santa Barbara College of Law. After graduation from law school, she became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2002.
