  • Enough working capital to fund the initial ramp-up period associated with breaking into the industry.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, CRM.
  • An active California Real Estate license is required.

This is a commission only opportunity. Top agents can earn $250,000 or more annually.
