Edith holds an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, and is a Certified Commercial Advisor. Over 30 years in real estate — including 10+ years in commercial and institutional property — she has negotiated and drafted agreements across every asset type, from acquisitions and dispositions to leases, licenses, and complex revenue-generating contracts, several reaching six-figure value increases for her clients. She brings deep strength in due diligence coordination, financial pro formas and valuation, and regulatory compliance, with 5+ years supervising cross-functional teams and advising legal counsel through high-stakes negotiations. She is well-versed in diverse funding structures — employee buyouts, private capital, bonds, grants, and traditional lending — and founded and leads a consulting firm advising on business scaling and exit planning for clinic operators.

Outside the office, Edith stays active with swimming and strength training, tends a hydroponic greenhouse supplying salad greens to Scotts Valley Unified School District, and spends evenings with her husband exploring Monterey Bay — beach walks, redwood hikes, paddleboarding, and wildlife tours. Special occasions bring together her large family of grown children, grandchildren, and pets.
