Edith has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate — across warehouse, office, retail, and institutional properties — and a strong background  in management, leading teams and negotiating contracts that shapes how she approaches valuations, strategy, and problem-solving for clients navigating shifting markets.

Her education and experience includes an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, and she  is a Certified Commercial Advisor.  She spent 5+ years in supervisory and managerial roles, leading cross-functional teams, advising staff and legal counsel, and safeguarding stakeholder interests through disciplined contract execution and risk mitigation.  She has founded and still leads a consulting firm facilitating CEO-to-CEO introductions for clinic operators, focused on improving profitability, efficacy, and reach.  

With her background, she's well--versed in diverse funding structures — employee buyouts, private capital, bonds, grants, and traditional lending.

Combining deal-making experience, financial fluency, and a genuine commitment to the businesses and communities she serves, Edith helps her clients buy and sell with confidence.

Outside the office, Edith starts her mornings with a swim and strength training at her local sports club, then checks in on the greenhouse hydroponics beds where she grows salad greens for the Scotts Valley Unified School District. Evenings are for her husband — golden-hour walks on the beach, hikes among the redwoods, paddleboarding and kayaking the sloughs, or boat tours to spot Monterey Bay's marine wildlife with a PhD biologist guide. Special occasions bring together their large family: grown children, their spouses, grandchildren, and fur babies.
