A licensed California Real Estate Broker, Benjamin built his career in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International, representing buyers and sellers in high-value investment sales and working closely with retail leasing teams to place restaurant, bar, and small-business tenants. His background also includes yacht brokerage and boutique hospitality, experience that sharpened his ability to build trust with discerning clients and deliver concierge-level service at every stage of a deal.

Benjamin brings that same relationship-first approach to business brokerage. He takes the time to understand each owner's goals, guides them through negotiations with discretion, and stays closely involved from the first conversation through closing. With Edith as his partner, clients get two experienced advisors on every deal.

Benjamin lives in Santa Cruz, where he's an avid tennis player and spends much of his free time sailing or with his two young children.
