This company has served homeowners with heating and air for over 10 years. The work splits three ways. Crews handle maintenance visits, repairs, and full system replacements. Replacement jobs average about $10,000 to $11,000 each.

Over 600 maintenance agreements renew each year. Customers pay a set yearly fee and get priority scheduling plus a discount on repairs. Those visits fill the slow weeks and keep the busy weeks open for service calls. The owner believes most replacement sales come from these same customers.

Almost nothing is spent on advertising. New customers come from referrals and word of mouth. Three full-time technicians run the field work, and the owner trained all of them from the ground up. Two of those techs also quote and sell replacement work, and an office person handles scheduling.
