Most gas wells still run on static timers that drift out of tune within weeks. This platform fixes that on its own.

It is a self-learning AI control system that watches every well minute by minute, tests new settings, learns from the results, and adjusts the well automatically. No manual tuning and no new hardware. It layers onto the SCADA and controllers operators already own.

Built over five years of engineering research and field trials, the system has been trained, tested and validated on more than 5,000 active wells. Field deployments have delivered a median gas production uplift of roughly 18%, along with 30% to 50% fewer truck rolls.

The commercial momentum is real:

• Two international contracts signed in 2026, one with a national oil company, covering 55 wells and launching in Q4 2026

• 15+ operators at the LOI or pilot stage, representing 10,000+ wells

• 150+ operators in the pipeline and 100+ referral partners

• Revenue of $609,513 (2025), up 29% over 2024 and more than triple 2023

• Estimated revenue of $1.5M (2026) as the new international contracts come online

  The company owns its technology outright, including all source code, models, documentation and infrastructure. It is protected as a trade secret, with patent applications pending.

• This is a growth play. The product is built and earning revenue today, and no further development is needed to scale. What it needs is an owner with capital, a field sales force, or an operator network to convert the pipeline. An upstream operator, oilfield service company, or energy-focused private equity group could put it to work immediately.
